The inventive battery junction structure involves a unique process where copper or aluminum foil with uncoated active material (light foil area) is formed at both ends of a cylindrical winding body through continuous oscillation. The ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation head shapes and pressurizes the foil body, allowing them to intertwine and make close contact, forming a "face junction" structure.
