Machine condition monitoring mainly consists of signal measurement, data communication, PC terminal acquisition, and remote monitoring. In signal measurement, the temperature, speed, etc., pass through the temperature of the analog signal, and the speed sensor is input into the acquisition module. The data acquisition module transmits the measured data to the IPC terminal through the RS485 network. After processing, it can be displayed on the monitor or transmitted to the remote monitoring terminal via Ethernet.
