In China, the power distribution system can be divided into three parts: high-voltage power distribution system, medium-voltage power distribution system and low-voltage power distribution system. The voltage level of China's power distribution system is 220kV and above according to the provisions of the Guidelines for Urban Power Network Planning and Design. The voltage is power transmission and transformation system, 35, 63, 110kV is high voltage power distribution system, 10, 6kV is medium voltage power distribution system, 380, 220V is low voltage power distribution system.

Main isolation switch

The crane should be equipped with a main disconnector that cuts off all power supplies. The switch should be as close as possible to the total incoming line current collector. When the main line collector has a disconnect device or the power line has only one crane and can cut off the power from the ground, the main disconnect switch may not be provided.

2. Total circuit breaker

The total power circuit should be equipped with a total circuit breaker. The control of the total circuit breaker should have electromagnetic tripping capability. The rated current should be greater than the rated working current of the crane. The setting value of the electromagnetic trip current should be greater than the maximum working current of the crane. The total circuit breaker's arc breaking capability should be able to disconnect the short circuit current that occurs on the crane.

3. Power supply contactor

The power supply circuit shall be provided with a contactor capable of segmenting the power line.

4. Power supply emergency disconnection

In an emergency, the main power and brake power can be disconnected from the cab and electrical room. The emergency stop button is red non-reset.

5. Branch line distribution

Circuit breakers, fuses or overcurrent protection relays shall be used for the power, control and auxiliary power branch lines of each mechanism to provide overcurrent protection. When the three-phase power circuit is protected by a fuse, it should have a protection function.

Secondary protection

What is a three-level power distribution system?

The three-level power distribution system is generally equipped with an indoor total power distribution panel and an outdoor distribution electrical box or an outdoor total distribution box, a distribution electric box, and a switch box, and implements three-level power distribution.

The power distribution box and the lighting distribution box in the three-level distribution box should be set separately. If they are placed in the same distribution box, the power and lighting routes should be set separately. The lighting line should be connected to the power switch. The switch box in the side distribution system should be distributed by the final stage distribution box. There should be one machine in the switch box. Each power device should have its own switch box.

The main distribution box should be located close to the power supply, and the distribution box should be installed in the area where the electrical equipment or load is relatively concentrated. The distribution box and switch box should be located in a dry, ventilated and normal temperature place. It should not be located in the vicinity of gas, smoke, steam, liquid and other harmful media with serious loss, nor in places where it is vulnerable to solid objects, strong vibration, liquid immersion and heat source baking.

The space around the distribution box and switch box should be large enough that no debris can be placed around.

When installing, it should be straight and firm. The mobile box should be placed on a solid bracket. The vertical distance between the fixed distribution box and the lower corner of the switch box should be greater than 1.3m and less than 1.5m.

The wire inlet and outlet of the wire shall be located on the lower bottom of the box, and shall not be placed on the top, side, back or box door of the box.

The main switch does not have leakage. The branch switch has the best leakage protection. Because the human body passes the 30mA will be fatal. The operating current of the leakage switch is 15-30 mA.
