**Notice of Tender for the Procurement and Installation of Electric Steam Boilers at the Jiaxin Project Office of the Property Center**
Under the commission of the Property Center of Xinjiang Telecom Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., an open tender has been announced for the procurement and installation of electric steam boilers at the Jiaxin Project Office. Qualified companies are invited to submit their bids.

**IV. Scope of the Tender:**
The project involves the procurement and installation of 3 sets of 2-ton electric steam boilers. Technical specifications include:
- Voltage: 380V
- Steam temperature: 185°C
- Steam output: 2 tons per hour
- Power consumption: 1,500 kWh per hour
- Steam pressure: 0.7–10 kg/cm²
- Thermal efficiency: 99%
**V. Bidding Requirements:**
1. The bidder must be a company legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent legal person status.
2. The bidders must be either a legitimate manufacturer or an authorized dealer. If it is an authorized dealer, they must provide a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer.
3. If the bidder is a manufacturer, it must hold a boiler manufacturing license (Class B or higher) and a special equipment installation and maintenance license.
4. If the bidder is an authorized dealer, it must possess a special equipment installation and modification maintenance license, and must have obtained a special authorization letter from the manufacturer (the manufacturer must also have a copy of the boiler manufacturing license, Class B or higher).
5. Manufacturers and dealers of the same brand may not participate in the bidding for this project simultaneously. A manufacturer may only authorize one distributor to bid for its products.
6. Additional Notes:
- Legal entities, other organizations, or individuals who have an interest relationship with the tendering party and may affect the fairness of the bidding process are not eligible to participate.
- Units with the same person in charge or those that have a controlling or managing relationship are not allowed to bid for the same tender item or segment. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.
7. Registration Period: From December 13, 2017, to 19:00 on December 17, 2017.
