**Tender Notice for the 110kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Cable Ditch Project**
Approved under the document No. [2014] 255 from Fanfa Gaiyuan, this project has received approval for construction drawings and funding certification. Guangzhou Panyu Communication Pipeline Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is currently overseeing the construction of the 110kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Cable Ditch Project and is now inviting bids for general contracting services to select qualified contractors.

**IV. Project Overview:**
The 110kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Cable Ditch Project involves the renewal of two 110kV cable routes starting from the west side of the 110kV Guanqiao Substation. The cables will be laid southward to Point A2 on Guokang Avenue. From there, they will cross Guokang Avenue to Point A3, then proceed along the southern side of Guokang Avenue and the western auxiliary lane, heading north to Point A12 on Lotus Road. The buried pipes (including jacking pipes and cable trenches) will cross Lotus Road to Point A15 and continue northward to a new cable terminal tower located on the northern side of the Guanqiao Gas Station.
The total length of the project is 1.37 kilometers, which includes:
- 756 meters of new cable trenches
- 124 meters of 4C pipes
- 489 meters of 110kV pipe jacks
- 2,100 square meters of broken cement pavement
- 2,100 cubic meters of cement pavement repair
- 3 new cable joint wells
- 6 cable accessory wells
- 12 top tube wells
- 6 ground network cables
- 88 cable nameplates
- 6 sets of cable sign posts
- 5 warning tapes
- 4 warning signs
