Application Scope

This product is widely used in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mining, beverages, brewing, watchmaking, and more. It's ideal for filtering water quality, medical oils, lubricants, fuel oils, and in scientific research laboratories to remove bacteria and particles. The filter can effectively remove particles with a diameter of 0.65 microns and achieve sterilization for particles smaller than 0.45 microns. It operates under positive pressure, which makes it faster and more efficient compared to negative pressure systems.

Pressure Filtration Instructions

Start by inserting the special funnel into the outer pressure tank and securing the top cover. Place the filter flat in a cleaning container and soak it in distilled water at around 70°C to fully wet the membrane. Let it sit for a few hours (at least 4 hours), then drain the water and repeat the process overnight. Before use, rinse the membrane with warm distilled water.

Once cleaned and wet, place the filter membrane into the sintered glass funnel and position it properly to avoid leakage. Pour the liquid into the inlet and wait until all air is removed from the funnel. When no bubbles remain, tighten the inlet and begin the filtration process.

Precautions

The membrane is suitable for liquids with a pH range of 2 to 9. Avoid using it with strong acids, bases, or organic solvents like alcohol. The product is generally resistant to temperatures up to 130°C and can withstand pressures between 3 to 4 kg per square centimeter. Always follow proper handling procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
