The Roewe i6 is a compact sedan that has recently undergone an update, now offering two turbocharged engine options: 1.0T and 1.5T. The brand plans to introduce even more powertrain variants throughout the year, aiming to expand its appeal in the competitive market. Recently, Netcom obtained a set of images showcasing the new Roewe i6 1.6L model, giving us a closer look at its updated design. The front of the car features a bold "rhythmic" inverted trapezoidal grille, which gives the vehicle a distinctive and modern appearance. The elongated LED headlights on either side are seamlessly integrated with the grille, enhancing the car's visual identity and making it instantly recognizable on the road. This design not only improves aesthetics but also boosts visibility for both the driver and other road users. In terms of design language, the 1.6L model follows the brand’s family styling philosophy. The narrow, sharp headlights are connected to the grille, creating a cohesive and sporty front end. Inside the headlights, there are lens units that use LED technology, significantly improving nighttime visibility and driving safety. Below the grille, the lower part adopts a split layout, with symmetrical venting on both sides. Chrome trim accents add a touch of elegance and refinement to the overall look. At the rear, the Roewe i6 maintains a clean and dynamic silhouette. The "Little Ducktail" design on the roofline adds a sporty flair, making the car appear more youthful and energetic. A chrome-plated strip runs across the tail, connecting the taillights on both sides. These lights are equipped with LED technology, delivering a bright and eye-catching lighting effect. The lower bumper features a layered design, with two reflectors positioned at the bottom. On each side, rectangular chrome-plated tail lamps enhance the sense of motion and visual impact. Under the hood, the new Roewe i6 1.6L model is powered by a naturally aspirated engine that delivers a maximum power output of 92 kW. This performance surpasses that of the FAW-Volkswagen Sagitar 1.6L model in the same class, positioning the Roewe i6 as a strong competitor in the compact sedan segment. With its refreshed design, improved technology, and enhanced performance, the Roewe i6 continues to evolve and meet the expectations of modern drivers.
